A classic Demerara from Guyana, this medium-bodied rum offers a great entry to the El Dorado lineup, with a mild sweetness mellowed by buttery smooth texture. Plenty of candied nuts, dried stone fruit, and nutmeg to keep you warm. Though perfectly quaffable on its own terms, you might enjoy El Dorado 8 in a Right Hand cocktail.

22ml / .75oz Campari
22ml / .75oz Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Scrappy's Chocolate Bitters
