
This unique oak-aged gin is a blend of triple distilled Ontario corn, rye, and barley that is infused with a blend of fragrant botanicals for a complex palate of anise, florals, and citrus mingling with baking spice and juniper.
At the bar, we like to use this aged gin in a Martinez cocktail.

60 ml / 2 oz Willibald Gin
15 ml / .5oz Sweet Vermouth
7.5ml / .25 oz maraschino liqueur
2 dash Orange bitters
2 dash Angostura
